BuyerNetwork is committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. This notice explains how we meet those obligations.

We process personal data under one or more lawful bases, including legitimate interests (providing identity resolution to our customers), consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we conduct balancing assessments to ensure individuals’ rights are not overridden.

3. Data Subject Rights

EU and UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port their personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
