1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any BuyerNetwork platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BuyerNetwork provides identity resolution and buyer intelligence software across five platforms. Services are provided on a subscription and/or pay-per-resolution basis as described at signup.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use resolved data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR).

You may not use our services to harass, defraud, or unlawfully contact individuals, or to build competing identity resolution products.

4. Billing & Payment

Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Pay-per-resolution charges accrue as resolutions are delivered. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and content provided by BuyerNetwork remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerNetwork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.
